I love being a hairdresser not only for the artistic side of my craft, but even more for the people I get to serve — the stay-at-home moms who finally get an hour just for themselves, the teen girls navigating the pressure of beauty standards, the wives who want to feel seen again, and the busy businesswomen who rarely slow down.

There is so much joy in having these incredible women sit in my chair. I’m given the opportunity to help them feel beautiful on the inside while enhancing the beauty they already possess on the outside.

Every day, I get to help someone rediscover their confidence — and that is the greatest gift of all.
